🚨 CRIMES DETECTED BY DEFAULT:

- 🔫 Shots Fired — Civilians can report nearby gunshots, even when they do not directly see the shooter.

- 👀 Visible Firearms — NPCs can report players openly carrying pistols, rifles, and other firearms.

- 🔪 Visible Bladed Weapons — Detects knives, machetes, axes, and other configured melee weapons displayed in public.

- 👊 Assault in Progress — Witnesses can report players physically attacking civilians or other players.

- 🚗 Vehicle Theft — Detects players stealing occupied vehicles and includes the vehicle model and license plate in the report.

- 💥 Hit and Run — Civilians can report pedestrians being struck by vehicles, including vehicle details and estimated speed.

- ☠️ Civilian Killed — Nearby witnesses can report the death of an NPC caused by a player.
