These rules are intended to keep every SMDZ Studios giveaway transparent, fair and easy to understand. By entering a giveaway, you confirm that you have read and accepted the rules below.
Entry is completely free. No purchase, payment or donation is required to enter, and making a purchase does not increase the chance of winning. Each giveaway is a promotional prize draw, not a paid lottery or gambling service.
You must use a valid authenticated Tebex account and be legally permitted to participate where you live. Where local law requires age eligibility or parent/guardian permission, the participant is responsible for meeting that requirement. Participation is void where prohibited by applicable law.
Only one entry is permitted per authenticated Tebex account for each giveaway. Duplicate accounts, automated entries, bots, scripts, impersonation, tampering or other attempts to obtain additional entries or manipulate the draw may result in the affected entries being removed or disqualified.
Every giveaway has a defined start and end time shown on this page. The server-side time and entry record are authoritative if a device clock, browser countdown or cached page differs. Entries must be successfully recorded before the giveaway closes to be eligible.
Unless a giveaway states otherwise, one winner is selected randomly by the server from all valid entries after entries close. The odds of winning depend on the total number of valid entries received. Entering does not guarantee a prize.
The prize is the digital SMDZ Studios product identified in the giveaway. Prizes are non-transferable and have no cash alternative except where required by law. The product's normal license, dependencies, compatibility requirements, support conditions and update terms continue to apply. Winning does not grant resale, redistribution or source-code rights unless the applicable product license expressly provides them.
A prize can only be claimed through the same authenticated Tebex account that was selected as the winner. The claim is account-bound and available only during the claim window shown by the system. If a prize is not claimed in time, SMDZ Studios may treat it as forfeited and select a replacement winner where permitted by applicable law.
SMDZ Studios may investigate suspicious activity and remove invalid entries where reasonably necessary to protect the integrity of a giveaway. If fraud, abuse, a software defect, platform/API outage or another event materially affects fairness or operation, the giveaway may be paused, extended, rescheduled, cancelled or redrawn as reasonably necessary, subject to applicable law.
The giveaway system uses the Tebex username/account identifier and entry timestamp needed to register entries, prevent duplicates, select a winner and process a claim. If winner display is enabled, the winning Tebex username may be shown publicly on the giveaway page. Store privacy terms continue to apply.
Giveaways are operated by SMDZ Studios unless expressly stated otherwise. They are not sponsored, endorsed or administered by Tebex, Cfx.re, Rockstar Games, Take-Two Interactive or Discord. By entering, you agree to these Giveaway Rules and the applicable store Terms & Conditions. Mandatory rights and applicable law always take priority over any conflicting provision.
