TERMS AND CONDITIONS

These Terms and Conditions (the "Terms") govern access to, purchase of, installation of, and use of digital products made available by SMDZ Studios through this webstore, including scripts, source code, server resources, user interfaces, configuration files, maps, MLOs, models, props, vehicles, textures, documentation, bundles, updates and related digital materials.

By purchasing, downloading, accessing, installing or using a product, you confirm that you have reviewed these Terms, the applicable product page, any product-specific license notice, and the Tebex terms presented at checkout. If you do not agree with the applicable terms, do not purchase, download, install or use the product.

Product-specific terms may impose additional requirements. Where a product-specific term is more specific than a general provision on this page, the product-specific term controls for that product to the extent permitted by applicable law and the controlling Tebex terms.

Order of applicable rules: mandatory laws and non-waivable consumer rights always apply. For purchases made through Tebex, the official Tebex Checkout Terms control the sale and checkout relationship to the extent applicable. The Tebex Creator Agreement governs SMDZ Studios as a creator where applicable; the Tebex Privacy Policy independently governs Tebex processing of personal information. For creation and use of FiveM/RedM resources, the Cfx.re/Rockstar Creator Platform License Agreement (10 September 2026) and other applicable Rockstar creator rules govern the relevant platform activity. These SMDZ Terms are supplementary and will not be interpreted to override those binding rules within their respective scope.

SMDZ Studios provides digital content intended primarily for multiplayer server development and customization in supported Cfx.re environments, including FiveM for Grand Theft Auto V and RedM for Red Dead Redemption 2. Products may include gameplay systems, interfaces, utilities, integrations, frameworks, server-side or client-side code, maps, interiors, models and other development assets.

Unless a listing expressly states otherwise, products are supplied as digital files or platform-delivered licenses. No physical goods are shipped. Product screenshots, videos and demonstrations are illustrative of the described product and may be recorded using a particular server configuration, graphics setup, framework version or collection of dependencies.

SMDZ Studios is an independent creator and is not Rockstar Games, Take-Two Interactive, Cfx.re, FiveM, RedM or Tebex, and is not sponsored, endorsed or operated by those parties unless an authorized representative expressly states otherwise.

Grand Theft Auto, Grand Theft Auto V, Red Dead Redemption, Red Dead Redemption 2, Rockstar Games and related names, logos and game assets remain the property of their respective rights holders. FiveM, RedM, Cfx.re and Tebex names and marks remain the property of their respective owners. References are used only to identify compatibility, platform context or required services.

Use of a product does not grant any rights in third-party games, brands, platforms or intellectual property.

SMDZ Studios develops for Cfx.re environments and expressly commits to respecting the applicable Cfx.re/Rockstar Creator Platform License Agreement, Rockstar Terms of Service, Community Guidelines and relevant Creator Policies. This does not imply that SMDZ Studios is an official, approved or sponsored Rockstar/Cfx.re product. Any conflict concerning permitted use of the Creator Services will be resolved consistently with the applicable Rockstar agreement rather than an inconsistent store-level statement.

You are responsible for satisfying the eligibility and age requirements imposed by Tebex, payment providers, game publishers and any platform required to complete the transaction or use the product. If you purchase on behalf of a company, community, development team or server owner, you represent that you are authorized to bind that organization to the applicable purchase and license terms.

You are responsible for providing the correct Tebex, Cfx.re, Discord, game or other account information when a product requires account-linked delivery. SMDZ Studios is not responsible for delivery problems caused solely by inaccurate information supplied by the buyer.

SMDZ Studios is the brand under which this digital catalogue and its product documentation are presented. Buyers should be able to identify and contact the legally responsible store operator using the business identification and legal contact information published through the store. A Discord support link is a technical support channel; it is not a substitute for any name, legal address, registration or tax disclosures required by the law applicable to the operator.

Transactions routed through the Tebex checkout are subject to the identification of the actual licensed seller and merchant of record provided at checkout. The SMDZ brand must not be construed as a statement that SMDZ, rather than the named Tebex seller, processes the payment or issues the fiscal invoice. For formal correspondence, include the relevant product, date and transaction reference, but never transmit passwords or payment-card credentials in public channels.

The storefront may be accessible internationally, but availability does not imply that every product, promotion, payment method or integration is offered or lawful in every territory. Offers can be limited by sanctions, platform rules, export restrictions, age eligibility, payment-provider restrictions and local law. Availability and eligibility are determined at the point of sale and, where appropriate, at delivery.

Customers are responsible for complying with laws applicable to their operation of a game server, including rules concerning unlawful content, privacy, consumer-facing server services and intellectual property. SMDZ will not knowingly supply or support use that is unlawful, but restrictions must be applied consistently with non-discrimination requirements and mandatory consumer remedies.

Nothing in these Terms overrides mandatory rights concerning clear pre-contract disclosures, digital-content conformity, remedies, unfair terms, privacy, chargebacks, statutory warranties or court access. Consumers may have protections in their country of habitual residence that cannot be waived by a choice-of-law or venue clause; those protections remain effective.

A provision referring to a buyer as a business does not by itself deprive a person of consumer status where the law treats them as a consumer. Ambiguities should be interpreted in accordance with applicable consumer-protection law. Commercial and business-to-business terms only apply to qualifying business customers to the extent permitted by law.

Unless the product page expressly provides different written terms, a purchase grants a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and non-sublicensable license to use the purchased digital product for the permitted server, account, project or environment described in the listing. Ownership of the underlying intellectual property does not transfer to the buyer.

A license permits use; it does not grant permission to resell, redistribute, leak, publish, mirror, sublicense, commercially repackage or claim authorship of the product or any protected part of it.

Any permission under an SMDZ product licence applies only within the rights SMDZ can validly grant. It does not enlarge rights in Rockstar games, Cfx.re services or third-party content, nor displace the Cfx.re/Rockstar Creator Platform License Agreement or any legally required restrictions on use or redistribution.

The number of servers, projects, accounts or environments on which a product may be used is determined by the product page, delivery platform and any product-specific license. Where a license is linked to a Cfx.re account, Tebex account, server key or other identifier, the buyer must keep that identifier under their authorized control.

A license intended for one owner or project may not be pooled, rented, shared between unrelated communities, transferred to a customer of the buyer, or used as a substitute for purchasing the required additional license unless the applicable product terms expressly allow it.

SMDZ Studios may offer different editions of the same product. A protected or escrowed edition may contain encrypted, escrow-protected, compiled or otherwise restricted files. An open-source edition may provide additional source files for inspection and permitted modification.

Purchasing an open-source edition does not place the product in the public domain and does not grant redistribution, resale or sublicensing rights unless the listing expressly says so. Access to source code changes what the buyer may inspect or modify; it does not automatically change who owns the work.

Buyers must not bypass protection, remove required licensing systems, defeat Asset Escrow restrictions or intentionally circumvent access controls in a protected edition except where such activity is expressly authorized by the applicable license or mandatory law.

Where a product is subject to the Cfx.re platform licence, escrow entitlement or platform-specific marketplace terms, those requirements apply in addition to any SMDZ edition description. If an SMDZ permission is inconsistent with mandatory platform rules governing that content, the platform rule controls in its field of application. See the official Creator Platform License Agreement.

Scripts may depend on specific frameworks, inventories, targets, UI libraries, databases, phone systems, voice systems or other resources. Supported dependencies and versions are those identified on the product page or documentation at the relevant time.

The buyer is responsible for reading the requirements before purchasing and for maintaining a server environment capable of running those requirements. Compatibility with an unlisted fork, heavily modified framework, unofficial build or third-party replacement is not guaranteed.

Where a product includes configurable bridges or adapters, support for a named integration means the documented integration path is supported; it does not guarantee compatibility with every customized version of that dependency.

Products consisting of maps, MLOs, models, props, vehicles, textures or similar assets may depend on game build, streaming limits, artifact version, graphics settings, server population, other map resources or third-party files. Visual appearance may vary depending on lighting, post-processing, weather, graphics modifications and other client settings.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, a visual asset license permits use in the supported server environment and does not permit extraction for resale, conversion into an asset pack for redistribution, or publication of the source files on public repositories, forums, leak sites or file-sharing services.

A product may contain original SMDZ Studios work, properly licensed third-party components, components distributed under terms that permit the relevant adaptation and commercial distribution, or combinations of those materials. Public availability of an asset does not by itself mean that the asset is public domain or free for unrestricted resale.

For 3D assets, maps, props, models, vehicles and similar visual content, a substantial portion of the work offered by SMDZ Studios may be created internally. However, SMDZ Studios does not claim total authorship of an underlying third-party model, texture, badge, design or base asset unless SMDZ Studios actually owns or created that underlying work.

Where a publicly available Blender model or other base asset is used, SMDZ Studios will only rely on it where the applicable license or permission allows the relevant modification, commercial use and redistribution. SMDZ Studios may then contribute conversion, optimization, collisions, LOD work, materials, textures, metadata, streaming configuration, FiveM/RedM packaging, bug fixes, handling/configuration, lighting, placement and other work required for reliable operation in the supported environment. Attribution is preserved where the underlying license requires it.

If a credible rights issue is identified, SMDZ Studios may investigate, suspend distribution, replace affected material, seek clarification or take other reasonable compliance action.

Unless installation service is expressly included, the buyer is responsible for installing the product, following the documentation, configuring required files, importing database changes, installing dependencies, setting permissions and restarting or rebuilding the relevant resources as necessary.

Before installing or updating any product, the buyer should maintain current backups of server files, configuration, databases and custom modifications. The buyer is responsible for testing changes in a safe environment before deploying them to a live production server.

FiveM, RedM, FXServer, GTA V, Red Dead Redemption 2, frameworks, dependencies and external APIs are developed by third parties and may change without control by SMDZ Studios. A future game update, platform update, API change or dependency update may temporarily affect compatibility.

SMDZ Studios may issue compatibility fixes where commercially and technically reasonable, but purchase of a product does not guarantee perpetual compatibility with every future game build, framework fork, server artifact or third-party service.

The customer is responsible for maintaining control of the Cfx.re, Tebex, Rockstar, Discord and other accounts used to purchase, receive, access or operate SMDZ Studios products. Customers should use strong unique credentials and any available multi-factor authentication or account-security features.

Official Cfx.re/Tebex sign-in. The “Login with CFX” action uses the authentication flow supplied by Tebex and the relevant Cfx.re account provider, subject to their applicable security policies. SMDZ Studios does not ask for, receive or store a visitor’s Cfx.re password or direct Cfx.re login credentials through that sign-in form, nor does it independently issue those providers’ login tokens. Tebex and/or the platform may process their own authentication cookies and session information, and SMDZ Studios may receive the account identifiers or purchase data needed for store functionality. Other integrations are separate: where the customer chooses Discord membership verification, SMDZ Studios' Cloudflare Worker may securely process and store encrypted Discord OAuth refresh tokens, Discord identifiers and verification records as described elsewhere in this policy. These statements are not an assertion of endorsement or certification by the platform providers. See the Tebex Checkout Terms and the Cfx.re/Rockstar Platform License Agreement.

SMDZ Studios is not the operator of Cfx.re, Rockstar Games, Tebex or the authentication systems used by those services and cannot restore a stolen platform account, reverse an unauthorized account transfer, recover platform entitlements from a compromised account, or override a transfer or ownership decision made by the relevant platform.

If a Cfx.re or related platform account is stolen, compromised or taken over and SMDZ Studios products or entitlements associated with that account are subsequently transferred, removed, lost or made inaccessible, SMDZ Studios is not responsible for replacing, reissuing or transferring those products solely because of that account compromise, except where required by applicable law or the controlling platform rules. The affected customer must first contact the official Cfx.re and/or Rockstar Games account-support channels, as applicable, and follow the platform's account-recovery process.

The same principle applies where an SMDZ Studios asset is voluntarily or mistakenly transferred to another Cfx.re account: SMDZ Studios does not guarantee that the transfer can be reversed or that a replacement entitlement will be issued. Any transfer, migration or reissue that is technically possible remains subject to platform restrictions, purchase verification, fraud checks and SMDZ Studios' written approval where applicable.

SMDZ Studios may, at its discretion, provide purchase records or other reasonable evidence that can help an affected customer explain the situation to the relevant platform provider. This assistance does not mean that SMDZ Studios controls the recovery process or guarantees a successful recovery.

A product advertised as free has a zero product price at the relevant checkout, although access can still require authentication and, when verification is available, membership in the official Discord community. Such membership is a participation condition for the free programme, not a monetary payment. During a qualifying verification-service outage, the storefront may allow the free checkout as an operational contingency; that bypass must not be interpreted as an unconditional permanent entitlement.

"Free forever" describes the current price policy for the designated free edition, not a promise that every file, compatibility update, download endpoint, hosting service, game platform or support channel will operate perpetually. Any optional paid Open Source edition must be separately identified, and the use of "Open Source" in a commercial listing does not automatically grant an OSI-approved open-source licence. The rights included are those explicitly stated in the relevant product licence or third-party licence notice.

Where a product is delivered via Cfx.re Asset Escrow, Tebex or another account-linked platform, activation and updates may require a valid entitlement on the correct account. Technical verification may be repeated when required to prevent unauthorized redistribution, but it must be proportionate and compatible with any mandatory rights in the buyer's jurisdiction.

No automatic transfer, resale or account migration is promised. If a platform offers a lawful recovery or transfer procedure, its terms and any written product-specific approval govern that process. A purchaser who suspects a stolen account should secure the account and contact the original identity provider first; SMDZ cannot impersonate the provider or override its entitlement ledger.

Orders are completed through Tebex. The Tebex terms displayed at checkout govern the purchase transaction, payment processing and other matters that Tebex handles as seller or merchant of record. If a store-level provision conflicts with a mandatory Tebex checkout provision, the controlling Tebex provision applies to the extent of that conflict.

SMDZ Studios does not receive or store the buyer's complete payment-card credentials. Payment authorization, fraud screening, payment-method availability and certain transaction decisions are handled by Tebex and its payment providers.

Tebex contractual priority: SMDZ cannot alter Tebex payment terms, refund decisions, seller obligations or order-processing rules by publishing a different store policy. Buyers should read the Tebex Checkout Terms that govern their purchase. For Tebex personal data, see its separate Privacy Policy. SMDZ, as a creator using Tebex, also follows the Creator Agreement where applicable.

Prices are established by SMDZ Studios for future transactions and may be increased, reduced, restructured or otherwise changed at any time before an order is completed. We are not required to provide advance notice of ordinary prospective price changes unless applicable law, Tebex rules or a specific written commitment requires otherwise. A later price change does not retroactively change the price of an order already accepted and completed.

Localized pricing, currency conversion, taxes, VAT/GST/sales tax and payment-method fees may vary by country, region, billing location or payment provider. Where Tebex presents a localized tax-inclusive price, the final amount shown at checkout reflects the applicable tax calculation for that transaction. The authoritative amount is the final checkout total presented by Tebex before payment is submitted.

Promotions, coupons and sale pricing are temporary commercial offers and do not create a right to receive the same price in the future.

Products are generally delivered electronically through Tebex, Cfx.re Asset Escrow, a download link, account entitlement or another method described on the product page. Delivery may require successful payment verification and may not be instantaneous in every case.

The buyer is responsible for retaining access to the account used for purchase and for following platform procedures for retrieving entitled products. If delivery appears delayed, the buyer should allow a reasonable synchronization period and then contact official support with the Tebex transaction identifier and relevant account information.

Checkout, payment collection, tax calculation, payment-method availability, fraud screening and certain billing or refund decisions are handled through Tebex and its payment providers under the terms presented at checkout. The final checkout total shown by Tebex is the authoritative transaction amount.

SMDZ Studios may provide product information, entitlement assistance and technical support, but does not control every payment-provider decision and does not receive the buyer's complete payment-card credentials. Billing disputes, unauthorized-payment claims and statutory checkout remedies should be raised through the official Tebex process where Tebex is responsible for that part of the transaction.

Official reference: Tebex Checkout Terms. For data handled directly by Tebex, see the Tebex Privacy Policy. These policies govern Tebex within their respective scope rather than replacing product-specific licence conditions.

Before submitting an order, buyers should review the product name, edition, framework compatibility, required dependencies, quantity, region, currency, price, disclosed taxes and any recurring charge. The final review and payment authorization are handled through the applicable checkout process. A basket preview is not necessarily an accepted order.

Keep the checkout confirmation, invoice or receipt, Tebex reference (where available), product listing and relevant licence terms. In a support request, describe the problem precisely; redacted screenshots or error excerpts are preferred over raw logs that could contain secrets. Any invoice correction, statutory proof of purchase or tax request should be directed to the legally responsible seller shown on the receipt.

Prices may vary because of regional tax rules, exchange rates, eligible coupons, product editions or a seller-authorized promotion. The total amount payable and any recurring commitment must be disclosed before the final order is placed, subject to applicable law. A crossed-out reference price or countdown may only be displayed where it accurately reflects the applicable promotion and legally required reference-price rules.

An obvious catalogue typo does not authorize a seller to impose an undisclosed higher charge after checkout. Where correction is legally necessary before acceptance or delivery, the buyer must be informed of the correct terms and any mandatory cancellation or refund rights. SMDZ does not promise exchange-rate parity or that a coupon remains valid after its published expiry.

Digital purchases are generally final once delivered, downloaded, accessed, assigned or otherwise made available, except where applicable law or the controlling Tebex Checkout Terms require a refund, cancellation or withdrawal right.

Subject to those mandatory rights, SMDZ Studios does not ordinarily provide refunds because the buyer changed their mind, purchased the wrong resource, lacks required technical knowledge, failed to read disclosed dependencies, changed frameworks or servers, no longer needs the product, experiences a conflict caused by an unsupported third-party modification, or expected a feature that was not represented on the product page.

Nothing in these Terms removes non-waivable consumer rights. Where applicable law provides a right of withdrawal or remedy for defective or misdescribed digital content, those mandatory rights remain available in accordance with the law and Tebex's checkout process.

Any issue concerning payment, statutory cancellation, non-conforming digital content or a requested refund must be assessed under applicable law and the Tebex Checkout Terms relevant to that transaction. SMDZ does not claim authority to nullify Tebex obligations or mandatory consumer remedies.

Buyers must review their cart, selected edition, account and package before completing checkout. Duplicate orders, accidental orders, purchasing the wrong edition, or purchasing on the wrong account are not automatically refundable after digital delivery.

If you believe an order was duplicated by a technical payment error or was assigned incorrectly before use, contact official support promptly and provide the Tebex transaction identifiers. Any remedy remains subject to the transaction status, applicable law and Tebex's policies.

If you believe a charge is unauthorized, duplicated or otherwise incorrect, use the appropriate Tebex or payment-provider process and contact official support where a technical delivery issue is involved. Do not knowingly submit false information in a payment dispute.

Fraudulent acquisition, stolen payment credentials, deliberate chargeback abuse or other payment manipulation may result in suspension of product access, support or store privileges where permitted by law and platform rules. Legitimate statutory and contractual dispute rights are not waived by this section.

Nothing in these store-level Terms removes or limits consumer rights that cannot lawfully be waived. Where a buyer is entitled to a statutory cancellation, withdrawal, conformity, remedy or refund right, that mandatory right applies even if another store-level clause describes digital purchases as generally final.

For customers in the European Union and other jurisdictions with similar digital-content rules, the right to withdraw from a distance purchase may be affected once supply or downloading of digital content begins where the legally required prior consent and acknowledgment have been obtained. The checkout flow and the Tebex Checkout Terms presented for the transaction govern the consent, withdrawal and refund process handled by Tebex.

If a buyer believes a mandatory consumer right applies, the buyer should use the billing/refund route made available by Tebex and provide the transaction information reasonably required to review the request. Store support may assist with product or technical information but does not replace Tebex where Tebex controls the payment or statutory checkout process.

For eligible consumers, distance-selling law may provide a cancellation or withdrawal period (often 14 days in the European Economic Area). An exception for digital content not supplied on a physical medium is not automatic: where required, supply must have begun with the consumer's prior express consent, express acknowledgement of the loss of withdrawal rights, and legally required confirmation of that agreement. A general “no refunds” sentence does not replace those steps.

Even where a valid withdrawal exception applies, separate statutory remedies for non-delivery, lack of conformity or misleading descriptions can still apply. Depending on governing consumer law, remedies may include bringing the digital content into conformity, a price reduction or termination and refund. The relevant legally responsible seller at checkout administers the purchase-side process; SMDZ can assist with technical evidence and product support.

For technical complaints, contact official SMDZ support with the product, order reference and reproducible problem. Allow a reasonable opportunity for diagnosis and a lawful remedy; this is not a condition that removes any immediate statutory right. Where the issue is a charge, tax, cancellation, unauthorized payment or statutory purchase remedy administered by Tebex, use the Tebex buyer-support path identified at checkout.

Escalation and alternative dispute resolution remain available where the law requires. No clause here prevents a consumer from contacting a competent regulator, payment provider, statutory dispute body or court. The former European Commission Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) website closed in July 2025; customers should instead use current consumer-redress information and the relevant national ADR body where eligible.

Support is provided through the official SMDZ Studios support channel linked on this page. Unless a product expressly includes a separate service level, support is provided on a reasonable-efforts basis and does not include a guaranteed 24/7 response time.

Support generally covers installation guidance, clarification of documented configuration, reproducible product defects and supported integrations. Support does not automatically include custom development, full server administration, repair of unrelated resources, framework migrations, teaching general programming, or debugging third-party code.

To investigate a technical issue, support may reasonably request reproduction steps, console errors, logs, configuration excerpts, dependency versions, server artifact information or a clean-environment test. Buyers should remove secrets, tokens, passwords and unrelated personal data before sharing diagnostic material.

Support may be unable to reproduce or resolve an issue where the buyer refuses reasonable troubleshooting, uses an unsupported environment, withholds necessary error information or has materially altered the product.

A purchase does not guarantee indefinite updates, perpetual feature development or permanent support. SMDZ Studios may provide bug fixes, optimizations, compatibility updates, quality-of-life improvements or feature releases at its discretion.

Major rewrites, successor products, substantially expanded editions or separately marketed upgrades may be offered as new products or paid upgrades unless the original listing expressly promises otherwise. Older versions may eventually be deprecated when maintaining them is no longer technically or commercially reasonable.

Where modification is permitted, the buyer may customize the product for their licensed use. However, changes to source code, manifests, database schemas, NUI files, models, configurations or integration logic can create behavior not present in the original release.

SMDZ Studios may require reproduction on an unmodified or clean copy before treating an issue as a product defect. Support for a modified copy may be limited to identifying the boundary between the original product and the buyer's customization.

Customers and researchers who discover a vulnerability affecting a SMDZ script or service should report it privately through official support, with enough detail to reproduce and fix it safely. Do not share real customer data, publish usable exploit instructions prematurely, interfere with third-party servers, or conduct denial-of-service testing.

SMDZ may investigate and prioritize fixes according to impact, reproducibility and risk. Reporting a vulnerability does not grant authorization to access systems, accounts or data that do not belong to the reporter. Nothing here restricts disclosures or research protected under applicable law.

Except where a product license expressly states otherwise, you may not share, leak, resell, re-upload, mirror, sublicense, publish, trade, rent, distribute or make the product available to another person or community, whether for payment or free of charge.

You may not upload protected or open-source files to public repositories, leak forums, paste services, file hosts or marketplace listings; include them in a server pack distributed to third parties; sell access to the raw files; or represent SMDZ Studios work as your own.

Reasonable private backups for the licensed buyer are allowed unless a specific platform prevents them.

All proprietary code that SMDZ Studios represents as its own original work is created by SMDZ Studios and is not knowingly copied, plagiarized, stolen or misappropriated from another developer. Where useful or necessary, SMDZ Studios may retain development history, source records, commits, drafts, internal build records or other evidence capable of supporting authorship and development chronology.

Products may lawfully rely on third-party frameworks, libraries, APIs, open-source components or licensed materials. Those components remain subject to their respective licenses and ownership. Using a lawful dependency does not mean SMDZ Studios claims authorship of that dependency.

All rights not expressly granted to the buyer are reserved by SMDZ Studios and the applicable third-party rights holders. Copyright notices, author credits, license headers and attribution requirements must not be removed where the applicable license requires them to remain.

Modifying a product, translating text, changing colors, adding configuration, adapting framework calls or combining the product with other server resources does not transfer ownership of the original SMDZ Studios work to the buyer.

Products may use license validation, Cfx.re Asset Escrow, integrity checks, resource-name requirements, update checks or other safeguards designed to protect licensed distribution and reliable operation.

Do not intentionally defeat, emulate, strip or bypass required licensing or integrity systems in a protected product. If an open-source product expressly permits modification of a specific SMDZ Studios validation component, that permission applies only to the scope stated for that edition and does not create redistribution or resale rights.

Products are intended for lawful use in supported community-server development environments. They are not sold for cheating, exploiting, disrupting, attacking or interfering with official Rockstar services, other servers, third-party systems or users.

You are responsible for operating your server in accordance with applicable Cfx.re, Rockstar Games, Take-Two, Tebex, hosting-provider and local legal requirements. A product license does not authorize conduct that those rules or applicable law prohibit.

Our standing commitment as Cfx.re creators: SMDZ Studios will comply with the official Cfx.re/Rockstar Creator Platform License Agreement (10 September 2026) and the Rockstar Terms of Service, Community Guidelines and other applicable Creator Policies for all activities covered by those rules. When the applicable platform agreement requires a stricter rule than our own product documentation, SMDZ will follow the platform rule and will not rely on a conflicting SMDZ provision to authorize prohibited activity. This commitment is subject to mandatory law and does not replace Tebex seller terms for transactions.

The buyer remains responsible for server administration, access controls, database backups, configuration backups, deployment procedures and recovery plans. SMDZ Studios is not a managed hosting provider unless a separate written service expressly says otherwise.

Before applying updates, database migrations, configuration changes or third-party integrations, maintain recoverable backups and test changes appropriately. Data loss caused by absent backups, unrelated resources, hosting failure or administrator error may fall outside product support.

Performance figures, resource-monitor measurements, screenshots and demonstrations are environment-dependent. Actual CPU, memory, network and client performance may vary based on hardware, artifact version, player count, server configuration, other resources, framework modifications and usage patterns.

Statements such as "optimized" describe development goals and observed behavior in supported test environments; they are not a guarantee of an identical measurement on every server.

Products may integrate with third-party frameworks, inventories, phones, databases, webhooks, APIs, CDNs, hosting services, Discord or other external services. Those services are controlled by their respective providers and may experience outages, API changes, policy changes, rate limits, deprecations or discontinuation.

SMDZ Studios is not responsible for an external provider's independent outage or policy decision, but may provide reasonable compatibility changes where appropriate and technically feasible.

Development may involve human-written code, third-party libraries, automated tooling and AI-assisted workflows where appropriate. The precise authorship, provenance, licence and included rights of each downloadable product or component are determined by the actual underlying work and its documented third-party licences; customers should not assume that every line or asset was produced exclusively by human work.

Artificial-intelligence tools may be used for auxiliary or non-product purposes such as website design exploration, graphical presentation, marketing or promotional artwork, layout ideas, copy drafting, language assistance, internal research, support-workflow improvement or other administrative tasks. Such auxiliary use does not change the licensing status or authorship claims made for the downloadable product itself.

If SMDZ Studios later uses generative AI as a material part of creating a downloadable asset, script, model or other product component, that use will be disclosed where reasonably relevant on the applicable product page, documentation or another notice associated with that product. SMDZ Studios will not intentionally market a materially AI-generated product component as entirely human-created when such disclosure is relevant to the buyer's decision.

Use of automation, conventional procedural tools, code completion, linters, compilers, image-processing filters or other non-generative development software is not, by itself, treated as generative-AI authorship under this section.

Rights holders who believe that a product or promotional asset infringes their rights should provide the claimed work, the allegedly infringing material, the relevant URLs, their authority to act and a good-faith explanation through official legal support. SMDZ may preserve evidence, investigate and remove or restrict material where legally justified. Knowingly false or abusive notices may be handled under applicable law.

Third-party frameworks, libraries, assets and other components may carry independent licences, copyright notices or attribution duties. Where an exception or statutory software right permits interoperability, security research or other conduct, these Terms do not prohibit that lawful conduct. SMDZ trademarks and branding remain separate from any permission provided by a third-party code licence.

Promotions, bundles, coupons and giveaways may be subject to additional displayed rules, eligibility requirements, exclusions, start/end times, product restrictions and claim deadlines. Open-source editions, bundles or other categories may be excluded from a promotion where stated.

SMDZ Studios may create seasonal sales, flash sales, launch discounts, coupons or other promotional campaigns at times and for durations selected by SMDZ Studios. Unless an offer expressly says otherwise, SMDZ Studios may prospectively extend, shorten, pause, cancel or modify a promotion before the relevant purchase is completed, subject to applicable law and any controlling Tebex requirements. An already completed order is not retroactively repriced merely because a promotion later changes.

A giveaway prize remains subject to the normal product license, compatibility requirements and support conditions unless the giveaway rules expressly provide otherwise. SMDZ Studios promotional giveaways are configured as free-entry prize draws; no purchase, payment or donation is required to enter and a purchase does not improve the odds of winning.

SMDZ Studios aims to describe products accurately. Minor interface, text, animation, model, configuration or performance differences may occur between promotional media and the current release as products are updated.

Only features actually stated or reasonably shown as part of the product should be treated as included. Background assets, unrelated scripts, maps, vehicles, characters or server content visible in a demonstration are not included unless the listing identifies them as included.

Purchasing a digital product does not create an employment, agency, partnership, fiduciary, hosting, managed-service or custom-development relationship between the buyer and SMDZ Studios. Any custom work, commissioning, installation service or ongoing administration must be separately agreed where offered.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, products are supplied for the supported environments and purposes described on their listings. SMDZ Studios does not warrant that every product will be uninterrupted, error-free, compatible with every third-party modification, or suitable for every particular server design.

Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties, remedies or protections that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Product screenshots, benchmarks and showcase videos illustrate the documented test environment and may differ from the customer's framework, server population, build, installed maps or hardware. Material functionality, compatibility requirements, excluded dependencies and edition-specific access should be disclosed on the product page.

Advertising statements must not conflict with material facts, mandatory conformity expectations or agreed features. Claims such as “lifetime”, “exclusive”, “sale”, “new”, “best seller”, “free” or “open source” must reflect their actual advertised meaning and available evidence, not merely a decorative label.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, SMDZ Studios is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising solely from unsupported modifications, third-party outages, hosting failures, missing backups, buyer misconfiguration, unauthorized redistribution or use outside the documented environment.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability where such limitation is prohibited by law, nor does it remove mandatory remedies available to consumers for digital content that is faulty, misdescribed or otherwise non-conforming where applicable law provides those remedies.

Where permitted by applicable law and platform rules, access to support, updates or licensed delivery may be suspended or revoked following credible evidence of piracy, unauthorized redistribution, fraudulent acquisition, deliberate license circumvention, abusive conduct toward support systems, or another material breach of the applicable license.

Enforcement should be proportionate to the relevant breach and does not remove any non-waivable rights concerning the underlying transaction.

Checkout and payment information is processed through Tebex and its providers under their applicable privacy terms. SMDZ Studios may receive transaction identifiers, account identifiers, usernames, entitlement information and other data made available through Tebex that is reasonably necessary to deliver products, verify licenses, prevent abuse, administer promotions and provide support.

Technical information may also be processed when needed to operate the store or connected services, such as request metadata, browser/network information, logs, timestamps, configuration diagnostics and data supplied voluntarily through support. SMDZ Studios does not need or request complete payment-card details for ordinary product support.

When contacting support, do not send passwords, payment-card numbers, authentication tokens, private keys or other secrets. Diagnostic files should be reviewed and redacted before submission where they contain unrelated personal or confidential information.

Data handled directly by Tebex, Cloudflare or another service provider is additionally governed by that provider's own privacy and retention obligations. Where applicable law grants access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, objection or similar rights, those rights remain available subject to lawful limitations and identity verification.

Tebex is responsible for its own processing as explained in the official Tebex Privacy Policy. The applicable Tebex Checkout Terms govern its purchase process. The privacy rules of Tebex, Rockstar/Cfx.re, Discord and SMDZ can each apply to different processing activities; referring to an external privacy policy does not excuse SMDZ from its own privacy obligations.

SMDZ Studios may update products, documentation and these Terms to reflect technical changes, platform requirements, security practices, business changes or legal obligations. The current Terms will be published on this page with an effective date.

Changes to store-level terms apply prospectively to the extent required by law and do not retroactively remove mandatory rights that already apply to a completed transaction.

If a provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law. A failure or delay in enforcing a provision does not automatically waive the right to enforce it later.

These Terms, together with the applicable product page, product-specific license notices and controlling Tebex checkout terms, form the relevant written store-level understanding concerning use of the purchased product, subject to mandatory law.

For clarity, the applicable Tebex Checkout Terms take precedence over inconsistent SMDZ store terms concerning a purchase made through Tebex. The Cfx.re/Rockstar Creator Platform License Agreement remains binding within its creator-platform scope; third-party or SMDZ licences cannot waive those obligations. Applicable mandatory law controls in either case.

These Terms are intended to operate together with the Tebex Checkout Terms, applicable platform terms and mandatory law. Where a store-level clause conflicts with a mandatory consumer right or a controlling Tebex checkout provision, the mandatory or controlling rule applies to the extent of the conflict.

The law, forum or dispute process applicable to the purchase may depend on the Tebex entity handling the transaction, the buyer's location and mandatory local law. Nothing on this page is intended to deprive a consumer of protections that cannot lawfully be waived.

These instruments regulate different relationships and are not a blanket substitute for one another: the Tebex Checkout Terms regulate the buyer–seller transaction, the Tebex Privacy Policy describes Tebex data practices, and the Cfx.re/Rockstar Creator Platform License Agreement regulates covered FiveM/RedM creator activities. SMDZ commits to comply with each applicable instrument without limiting non-waivable rights.

Questions concerning installation, compatibility, licensing, product delivery or these store-level Terms should be submitted through the Official Support link shown at the top of this page. That link uses the same Discord URL configured for the rest of this webstore.

For checkout, billing, payment-processing or buyer matters handled directly by Tebex, buyers should use Tebex's official buyer-support process where appropriate.

Cloudflare, Discord, Tebex, Cfx.re, game providers, telecommunications networks and payment gateways are independent dependencies. A connectivity interruption, lawful IP block, hosting fault, software supply-chain incident or external service outage may temporarily affect authentication, downloads, coupons, baskets or Rewards.

SMDZ will take reasonable measures within its control to restore affected features or offer an appropriate route to support, but cannot promise uninterrupted availability of third-party systems. This clause does not excuse failures where mandatory law imposes responsibility or prevent an eligible customer from requesting a remedy for non-supply.

Where a buyer purchases for professional server operation, the buyer is responsible for its own end-user agreements, server compliance, backups, custom modifications and operational decisions. A business buyer should test resources in a staging environment before production deployment and keep recovery points for any integration that changes server data.

To the extent lawful in a genuine business-to-business relationship, each party remains responsible for losses caused by its own unlawful conduct, infringement or breach of contract. This clause does not impose a blanket consumer indemnity, waive mandatory remedies, excuse intentional misconduct or override mandatory limits on exclusions of liability.

SMDZ Studios may change the listed price of any product for future transactions at any time, including increasing or decreasing a price, changing bundle composition, changing edition pricing or changing the relationship between protected and open-source editions. Ordinary prospective price changes do not require advance notice unless a specific written offer, applicable law or controlling platform rule says otherwise.

A buyer is charged the amount accepted through the Tebex checkout flow for that transaction. A price displayed after a transaction does not create a right to a refund of the difference, and a prior lower price does not create a right to future purchases at that lower price, except where mandatory law requires a different result.

SMDZ Studios may launch sales, discount codes, promotional campaigns, category-specific discounts, package-specific discounts, limited-time offers or seasonal events at its discretion. Unless a promotion expressly creates a binding commitment to a fixed duration, SMDZ Studios may prospectively increase, reduce, extend, shorten, suspend or end the promotion at any time.

Promotional eligibility may differ by product, edition, category, bundle, customer group or region. A discount displayed for one product does not imply that every product is included. Coupons may have usage limits, account limits, expiry dates, package restrictions, non-stacking rules or other conditions displayed by the store or checkout.

Tebex may present localized currencies, taxes and checkout amounts based on the buyer's country, region, billing information, payment method and applicable tax rules. SMDZ Studios intends the final localized checkout total shown to the buyer to reflect the taxes calculated for that transaction when Tebex presents tax-inclusive pricing.

Because tax treatment, exchange rates and payment-provider charges may differ across jurisdictions, two buyers in different locations may see different final totals. The amount displayed by Tebex immediately before payment authorization is the authoritative checkout amount. Buyers must not intentionally falsify location or billing information to obtain pricing or tax treatment not intended for their actual region.

Source code, Lua, JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, CSS, SQL, configuration logic and other proprietary code that SMDZ Studios identifies as its own original work is developed by SMDZ Studios and is not knowingly plagiarized, stolen or copied from another creator without authorization.

Where a product integrates third-party frameworks, open-source libraries, documented APIs or lawfully licensed components, those external components remain distinct from SMDZ Studios' original contribution and are governed by their own licenses. SMDZ Studios does not claim authorship of third-party code merely because it is integrated, bridged, configured or adapted.

SMDZ Studios may retain private source history, repository history, commit records, build outputs, drafts, timestamps, design files and other development records. Such records may be used where reasonably necessary to demonstrate chronology, authorship, licensing or compliance in response to a credible dispute.

Many 3D models, map components, props, textures and related assets offered by SMDZ Studios are created or substantially developed by SMDZ Studios. However, SMDZ Studios does not claim complete credit for an underlying base asset unless it actually created or owns that underlying work.

Some products may lawfully begin from publicly available Blender models, base meshes, textures or other assets released under a license or permission that allows the relevant adaptation, commercial use and redistribution. Public availability alone is never treated as permission. The relevant license or authorization must permit the intended use.

For such materials, SMDZ Studios' contribution may include FiveM/RedM conversion, optimization, LODs, collisions, materials, textures, UV fixes, lighting, metadata, YMAP/YTYP work, vehicle/resource metadata, streaming setup, placement, bug repair, packaging and configuration required for correct server operation. Where attribution is required by the underlying license, SMDZ Studios intends to preserve the required credit.

SMDZ Studios does not prohibit honest criticism, negative reviews, bug reports, consumer complaints or good-faith discussion of a genuine experience. Buyers remain free to express opinions and report concerns through appropriate channels.

However, intentionally fabricated evidence, impersonation, knowingly false factual allegations, manipulated screenshots, fraudulent reports or coordinated statements presented as fact with knowledge that they are false may cause harm to SMDZ Studios, its staff, customers or creators. SMDZ Studios may preserve relevant evidence, respond publicly with verifiable facts, request correction through the relevant platform, or pursue proportionate remedies available under applicable law.

A disagreement, harsh opinion, unfavorable review or unsupported suspicion is not automatically treated as unlawful defamation. Any response will depend on the actual content, evidence, context and applicable law.

SMDZ Studios may introduce, remove, extend, shorten, suspend or cancel discounts, seasonal sales, bundle pricing, giveaway promotions and time-limited offers at any time in its discretion. Product prices may be increased, decreased or otherwise adjusted prospectively without prior notice. Any such change applies only going forward and does not retroactively alter a completed order already accepted through Tebex Checkout.

Displayed final totals may vary by the purchaser's country, region, local tax rules, selected currency or payment method. Where required, applicable local taxes may be included in the final amount displayed at checkout for the customer's region.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, proprietary code sold by SMDZ Studios is developed by SMDZ Studios and is not intentionally offered as plagiarized, stolen or misappropriated work. Where necessary, authorship may be supported through development history, drafts, commits, build artifacts, project files, messages, timestamps or other business records reasonably available to us.

SMDZ Studios does not object to good-faith criticism, honest reviews or legitimate technical reporting. However, knowingly false factual allegations, fabricated evidence, impersonation, malicious misrepresentation or campaigns intended to damage reputation without proof are not accepted and may be challenged through the appropriate channels.

Many assets, scripts, maps, models, MLOs, props or other resources may be created in whole or in substantial part by SMDZ Studios. Where third-party bases, public models or permissively licensed resources are used, SMDZ Studios will not knowingly claim full authorship over portions it did not originally create.

When external bases are used, they are adapted, optimized, converted, configured, fixed or otherwise prepared by SMDZ Studios for correct operation in the intended server environment, provided the applicable upstream license permits such use, modification and commercial distribution.

Personal data processed in connection with the store may include identifiers such as usernames or account IDs, contact information supplied to Tebex or support, transaction and entitlement information, technical/request information, support communications, usage information and records needed for fraud prevention or licensing.

Data may be processed to perform or support the transaction, deliver digital products, verify entitlements, prevent fraud and duplicate entries, provide technical support, maintain security, administer promotions, comply with law, resolve disputes and improve the service. Depending on the function, Tebex, Cloudflare and other infrastructure or support providers may process data under their own terms and privacy notices.

SMDZ Studios does not sell payment-card credentials and does not require complete card numbers for ordinary support. Payment processing is handled through Tebex and its payment providers.

For processing carried out independently by Tebex in relation to purchases, accounts and payments, users can consult the Tebex Privacy Policy. For platform use and creator obligations applicable to FiveM and RedM, consult the Cfx.re/Rockstar Creator Platform License Agreement. The presence of those external policies does not make them an SMDZ privacy notice for SMDZ-controlled data.

The webstore and its service providers may use cookies, server logs and similar technologies necessary for authentication, checkout, fraud prevention, preferences, analytics, security and reliable operation. Refusing certain cookies may cause some functions to become unavailable where those cookies are technically necessary.

The store may contain links to Discord, documentation, Cfx.re, Tebex or other third-party websites. Those sites are operated independently and may collect information under their own privacy notices. SMDZ Studios is not responsible for the independent privacy practices or availability of third-party sites.

For cookies or personal data processed directly by Tebex, refer to its official privacy notice. Its own preferences and protections operate independently of the optional SMDZ privacy controls described here.

The SMDZ Support chatbot is currently a rules-based store-support tool and does not use OpenAI or another generative-AI API. To keep a conversation coherent during a visit, recent chat messages may be kept temporarily in the visitor's browser session storage.

With your separate opt-in choice in the Privacy Center, the text of chatbot conversations may be sent through the SMDZ Studios Cloudflare Worker to a private Discord webhook for support-quality improvement. If you do not opt in, the chatbot remains usable without exporting conversation text to that logging endpoint. The webhook payload may include the visitor message, chatbot response, selected language, current store page, detected support topic or intent, relevant product name or package ID, a random session identifier and a turn number. The payload sent to Discord is designed not to intentionally include the visitor's IP address, payment-card details, account credentials, passwords, API keys or full Gift Card codes, and basic redaction is applied to common secret patterns. Cloudflare and Discord may still process technical request metadata in the ordinary operation of their services.

Chat logs are reviewed only for support-quality, debugging and chatbot-improvement purposes. Visitors should not submit sensitive personal information, payment details, passwords, private keys, webhook URLs or full Gift Card codes in the chatbot. Retention and access to received logs also depend on the private Discord environment and the service providers used to deliver the feature. If chatbot logging is disabled in the Worker, new chat turns are not forwarded by this logging endpoint.

Free SMDZ Studios resources remain priced at zero. While the Discord verification service is available, claiming free packages through the storefront requires membership in the official SMDZ Studios Discord server and an authorized Discord account verification. Some free resources also have optional separately priced Open Source editions. Discord membership does not authorize copying, leaking, reselling or otherwise redistributing licensed resources.

The storefront uses Discord OAuth2 to verify current server membership. The verification is ordinarily revalidated at least once every 48 hours upon a subsequent website visit or while an active page remains open; the site may check more frequently for security-sensitive actions. If a user leaves the server, the verified status is removed after an authoritative recheck, and the user must rejoin and verify to access member-restricted storefront actions. Previously completed purchases and legally applicable consumer rights are not automatically revoked by losing Discord membership.

When the Discord verification Worker or an external network is inaccessible, the free checkout interface may temporarily allow access without successful membership verification to keep the store operational. This is an expressly disclosed availability exception, not a guarantee of uninterrupted access or a tamper-proof technical access control. Direct Tebex purchase endpoints may be accessible independently of the storefront's visual checks.

Eligible customers can claim a promotional, one-time Discord joining bonus through Rewards after the server independently verifies membership. The amount shown in Rewards is configured by SMDZ Studios and may change for future claims. Each Discord account and each store account is limited to one such credited bonus; leaving and rejoining the server, switching devices or attempting repeated claims does not renew eligibility. No points are granted when verification fails or the Worker is unavailable.

For verification and anti-abuse purposes, the Worker stores the relevant Discord user ID, guild/server ID, verification timestamps, encrypted OAuth tokens and relevant store account references in controlled server-side storage. Authentication state may need to be renewed through Discord. Verification data is used for this service and security auditing and may be processed by Discord and Cloudflare according to their applicable terms and privacy policies. Customers must not share OAuth credentials, tokens or private identifiers with the chatbot.

This store may use cookies, local storage, session storage and similar client-side technologies for strictly necessary functions such as login state, basket persistence, checkout continuity, giveaway participation, rewards/account linking, preferred currency, interface state, security protections and fraud-prevention controls. These technologies are necessary for the store to operate correctly and cannot be disabled through the optional consent controls without breaking core store functionality.

Optional store analytics: if you opt in through the Privacy Center, the storefront may send page visits, product views, add-to-cart actions, checkout views, page paths, product references and, for signed-in visitors, the store-facing username to the SMDZ Cloudflare Worker for aggregated reporting and operational improvement. This optional telemetry is not sent by the storefront until consent is given, and it stops for future events when consent is withdrawn.

Optional chatbot improvement logs: if you separately opt in, chatbot messages and replies may be sent to a restricted Discord support webhook for quality review. The chatbot can still answer locally when this option is refused. Logging associated with strictly necessary payment verification, fraud prevention, account security, giveaway eligibility and Rewards ledger integrity is separate from these optional choices and may continue on an applicable lawful basis.

Optional technologies are controlled according to applicable law. Where consent is required, users must be offered a meaningful way to refuse and later withdraw it. Operational security logging must remain limited to what has a lawful basis; these Terms do not by themselves authorize non-essential cookies or tracking.

Consent preferences may be stored locally in the browser so the store can remember the customer's choice. A customer can reopen the cookie settings panel and change optional preferences later. Clearing browser data may reset those choices.

Some browser extensions, privacy modes, ad blockers or anti-tracking settings can independently override or block cookies/storage that Tebex or the store requires. If that happens, certain features such as login, basket persistence, payment windows, gift-card verification, giveaways or rewards synchronization may not work correctly until the required technologies are allowed.

For the data processing for which SMDZ Studios determines the purposes and means (such as its own Rewards, Discord verification, support and promotional activity records), SMDZ acts as the relevant data controller to the extent required by law. Tebex, Discord, Cfx.re, payment providers and hosting services may act as independent controllers or processors for their own services; their privacy information also applies.

For information about Tebex processing, see the official Tebex Privacy Policy. This is an external policy, not a substitute for SMDZ disclosures covering the data it independently controls.

Depending on the processing activity, a lawful basis may include contract necessity, legal obligation, proportionate legitimate interests or valid consent. Customers in relevant jurisdictions may request access, correction, erasure, restriction, portability or objection and may complain to a supervisory authority. Requests can be sent through the published privacy/legal contact route; identity verification may be requested where proportionate. SMDZ must separately publish the actual legal controller identity and an effective privacy contact where required by law.

Order, licensing, fraud, Rewards and support records should be retained only for periods supported by their purpose and applicable tax, accounting, limitation, security or legal duties. Records of a one-time Discord reward may need to be retained to prevent duplicate grants, subject to data-minimization and retention-review obligations. The store should publish specific retention periods or workable criteria in its privacy notice, rather than assuming every record can be stored permanently.

Infrastructure may involve processing outside a customer's country. Where transfer restrictions apply, SMDZ must use an appropriate legal transfer mechanism and supplier safeguards, as relevant. Access controls, strong secrets, audit logs and encryption are used where implemented, but no online service can guarantee absolute security. Suspected incidents should be assessed and reported in accordance with any applicable notification duties.

Cookies and comparable storage strictly necessary to authenticate a user, maintain a basket, preserve a security session or deliver a service expressly requested by the visitor can be used where lawful without optional tracking consent. Advertising, non-exempt analytics and optional cross-site measurement must not be presented as strictly necessary merely because the store finds them useful.

Where consent is legally required, the relevant technology should remain inactive until valid consent is received, with an accessible way to decline or withdraw it. A cookie panel should accurately reflect the services actually operating in the deployed website and must not misleadingly offer indistinguishable “accept” and “reject” actions. These Terms cannot replace operational consent controls or a sufficiently detailed cookie notice.

The SMDZ Studios Rewards program is a promotional loyalty feature for eligible store accounts. Points are promotional units only: they are not money, stored-value funds, a Gift Card balance, cryptocurrency or a transferable asset, and they have no cash value unless mandatory law requires otherwise. Points are linked to the eligible store identity used for the purchase and may not be sold, transferred, pooled or exchanged between unrelated accounts.

Points are awarded only after an eligible Tebex payment has been verified by the server-side rewards system. The displayed basket estimate is informational and may differ from the final award because discounts, Gift Cards, taxes, refunds, excluded products or payment adjustments can affect the eligible amount. Gift Card products do not earn loyalty points by default in order to avoid duplicate rewards when stored value is later spent. Refunds, chargebacks, reversed payments, fraud, duplicate awards or administrative corrections may cause previously awarded points to be removed. If points were already spent before a reversal, the account may temporarily show a negative balance and further redemptions may be unavailable until the balance is restored.

Available rewards, point costs, stock, per-account limits and expiry periods may change prospectively. Redeeming points can generate a one-use Tebex coupon restricted to the authenticated customer and subject to the reward conditions shown at the time of redemption. A failed coupon creation is designed to restore the reserved points automatically. Reward coupons remain subject to Tebex checkout rules, applicable sales, package availability and mandatory consumer law.

For operation, security, fraud prevention and support, the rewards database may store the public/account-facing Tebex or Cfx username and identifier, point balance, point ledger, eligible transaction reference, reward/redemption records and administrative audit records. SMDZ Studios does not intentionally store payment-card numbers or card credentials in the rewards database. Reward activity may also be sent to a private Discord webhook for operational auditing; those embeds are designed to omit payment-card information, customer email addresses and IP addresses. Cloudflare, Tebex and Discord may process technical metadata according to their own services and policies.

SMDZ Studios may suspend or correct loyalty activity where reasonably necessary to address technical errors, duplicate credit, abuse, fraudulent activity or payment reversals. Nothing in the Rewards program limits rights that cannot legally be waived.

The SMDZ daily wheel is a promotional engagement feature linked to the Rewards program and is offered only to eligible authenticated store accounts. Unless the interface or an administrator-provided spin expressly indicates otherwise, an eligible account may perform one standard daily wheel claim every 24 hours. The server-side cooldown, claim record and account state are authoritative even if a local browser countdown, cached page, client clock or animation appears inconsistent.

The daily wheel is not a cash lottery, wager or deposit-based game. No purchase is required solely to press the daily claim button, and the daily reward is funded as a promotional store benefit. Access to the feature may still depend on the customer being properly authenticated in the store and on the Rewards system being operational.

If the wheel is temporarily unavailable because of maintenance, a platform issue, a service outage, fraud review, abuse protection or another operational reason, SMDZ Studios may limit, pause or restore the feature prospectively as reasonably necessary. Such operational action does not create a right to compensation unless mandatory law requires otherwise.

The daily wheel presents promotional point outcomes visually as segments. The interface may highlight a bonus segment or otherwise present special outcome styling, but the legally relevant result is the server-side reward recorded when the claim is processed. For the current implementation, the standard rewards pool and any bonus pool are configurable by SMDZ Studios in the underlying system. The current configuration may, for example, allocate a standard probability such as 90% for the normal range and a bonus probability such as 10% for a higher promotional range, but those settings may be changed prospectively through configuration.

Extra wheel spins granted by an administrator are also promotional and remain tied to the selected store account. They are intended to allow additional reveals without resetting the account's normal 24-hour daily cooldown. Extra spins are not money, do not imply equal odds for future promotional campaigns, are not transferable between unrelated accounts and may be limited, corrected or removed where reasonably necessary to address error, abuse or reversal.

Participation in an eligible active giveaway may also award promotional Rewards points when that benefit is displayed by the store. At the current configuration a successful first entry awards 15 points. Because giveaway entry is limited to one entry per authenticated account, that participation reward is also granted at most once per account for the same giveaway. Repeated requests, duplicate-entry attempts or previously recorded entries do not create additional point awards. The promotional amount may be changed prospectively through store configuration.

Where the interface includes spin animations, confetti, visual slowing, tension effects or other presentation elements, those elements exist only for user experience. They do not independently determine the reward and should not be interpreted as a separate chance-based contract beyond the recorded promotional result returned by the server.

The daily wheel uses server-side persistence, anti-duplication logic, rate limits, cooldown checks, account binding and other technical controls designed to prevent duplicate claims, tampering, unauthorized replay, scripted abuse or reward manipulation. Attempting to exploit the feature, automate claims improperly, interfere with its security checks or obtain rewards through false or unauthorized means may result in the relevant claim being denied or reversed and may also lead to broader account or service restrictions where appropriate.

SMDZ Studios may review suspicious daily-wheel activity and may correct the recorded points balance, available extra spins or related audit records where reasonably necessary to resolve a technical error, webhook inconsistency, duplicate credit, fraudulent behavior or an administrator mistake. If a correction is required after promotional points were already spent, the account may show a reduced or negative rewards balance until it is restored.

The existence of the daily wheel does not remove any other Rewards terms already published on this page. All other applicable provisions concerning points, reversals, fraud prevention, operational logging, audit records, privacy and mandatory consumer rights continue to apply to daily-wheel activity unless a more specific clause lawfully states otherwise.

Points are store promotional credits, not money, stored value, a bank balance or a transferable property interest. The current earn rate, available vouchers, spending conditions, wheel frequency and redemption eligibility appear in the Rewards interface and may change prospectively, subject to any legally enforceable commitments already made.

Points may be withheld, corrected or reversed where an underlying payment is refunded, reversed or fraudulent, or where an obvious technical error or proven abuse occurred; legitimate disputes and mandatory consumer rights remain intact. Changes to an earned or redeemed entitlement will be handled consistently with applicable law, prior disclosures and fair notice requirements.

The one-time Discord bonus requires successful store-account authentication, Discord OAuth authorization and a server-side membership check against the official configured server. Its point value is displayed in Rewards and can change for future claims. Only one successful bonus may be granted per eligible store account and per Discord identity; leaving and rejoining the server, changing devices, clearing cookies or resubmitting a request will not create a second reward.

Discord membership is ordinarily rechecked when the user next accesses the store after approximately 48 hours, and may be rechecked sooner for security or reward issuance. A user confirmed to have left the server may lose the verified indicator and must verify again for restricted free products. If the verification Worker is inaccessible, the store may permit free downloads as a contingency; this never grants an unverified points bonus.

SMDZ Studios giveaways displayed through this store are promotional, free-entry prize draws unless a specific giveaway expressly states otherwise. No purchase, payment or donation is required to enter, and purchasing a product does not increase the chance of winning.

The detailed Giveaway Rules configured on the Giveaways page are incorporated into these Terms for each applicable draw. Participants must use a valid authenticated Tebex account, may enter only as permitted by the published rules, and remain responsible for complying with local eligibility requirements.

SMDZ Studios does not intentionally rig, secretly weight or manually predetermine giveaway winners. Each giveaway states the configured number of winners. After entries close, the Cloudflare Worker counts valid entries and uses the Web Crypto API through crypto.getRandomValues with rejection sampling to select distinct random entry indexes without replacement, up to the number of eligible participants available. Each selected entry becomes a winner.

Administrative actions, giveaway timing, participant counts, draw state and winner information may be recorded in the giveaway system to support operation, auditing, duplicate-entry prevention and claims. No system can promise mathematical or infrastructure perfection, but the intended and implemented process is automated random selection rather than discretionary winner choice.

If a material technical fault is discovered before a prize is validly claimed, SMDZ Studios may investigate the server-side records and take a reasonable corrective action consistent with the published rules, applicable law and platform requirements.

The giveaway system processes the basic information reasonably required to register and validate an entry, prevent duplicate participation, select winners, maintain a transparent historical record and process prize claims. This may include the Tebex username, public/account-facing username identifier, giveaway identifier, package/prize reference, entry timestamp, winner status, winner position, claim timing and limited administrative audit information.

Giveaway operational records may be stored in the Cloudflare D1 database used by the SMDZ Cloudflare Worker and may be retained as an ongoing historical archive for transparency, auditing, support and dispute handling. SMDZ Studios does not use the giveaway database to store payment-card data or other sensitive checkout credentials.

The information retained for the giveaway archive is intended to be limited to public or account-facing participation information associated with the draw, such as a public username, public profile/avatar information when available, the prize package, participation time, winner status and basic claim/audit metadata. Mandatory privacy rights and applicable law continue to apply.

SMDZ Studios may keep an ongoing historical record of giveaways, participants and winners for transparency, audit and support purposes. The intention is to retain a public-facing participation history rather than sensitive private personal data.

For this purpose, the system may store public or account-facing information such as public usernames, public profile images or avatars when available, Tebex account identifiers, the prize package, participation timestamps, winner status and basic claim/audit metadata. Payment-card details and sensitive checkout credentials are not stored in the giveaway database.

Giveaways are offered only where lawful and subject to the published promotion-specific eligibility terms. A region may be excluded where a promotion would require licensing, bonding, registration or other restrictions that the organizer cannot lawfully satisfy. Any restrictions and legally required notices should appear before entry.

A selected winner may be asked for minimum information reasonably necessary to verify eligibility and deliver a digital prize. Where taxes or reporting duties apply to a prize, responsibilities must be disclosed consistently with local law; prizes cannot be substituted or revoked contrary to mandatory law or the published promotion terms. No purchase is required for free-entry prize drawings.

By completing a purchase through this webstore, the buyer acknowledges that the buyer had the opportunity to review these Terms, the applicable product page and the Tebex Checkout Terms presented for the transaction before submitting payment. Continuing with the purchase constitutes acceptance of the terms that are lawfully incorporated into that transaction.

The version of these Terms in effect at the relevant time may be updated prospectively. SMDZ Studios may maintain revision records or archived copies where reasonably necessary. Nothing in this acknowledgment removes rights that cannot legally be waived or overrides a controlling Tebex term.

Except where mandatory law requires otherwise, questions concerning SMDZ's independent product licence and support obligations are interpreted under the law applicable to the actual operating business. The place of establishment and legal identity must be accurately disclosed; this clause does not invent an exclusive forum or a mandatory arbitration agreement.

A consumer retains any right to pursue proceedings or alternative dispute resolution in the jurisdiction made available under applicable mandatory law. Purchasing through the Tebex checkout may create a distinct purchase contract with the licensed seller identified there. The current terms of that seller apply to the purchase relationship without cancelling non-waivable consumer protections.

SMDZ Bridge is a FiveM compatibility dependency provided for eligible SMDZ Studios resources. Access or claims may be limited to one qualifying Cfx.re account where the relevant product entitlement and platform rules permit this restriction. It is supplied without an additional Bridge-specific charge to qualifying users; it is not necessarily a standalone licence to obtain or use unrelated paid scripts.

Where a supported SMDZ resource lists smdz_bridge as mandatory, that dependency must be installed, correctly configured and started in the order described in its documentation. Removing, bypassing or materially altering the dependency may prevent supported functionality from working and may fall outside the supported configuration.

Customers are responsible for applying reasonably necessary compatibility and security updates. Outdated Bridge versions may stop functioning correctly with newer SMDZ scripts or providers, but SMDZ does not warrant that every historic release will fail or that an update alone resolves every issue. Back up your configuration before updating, and follow published migration instructions when applicable.

The published FiveM Bridge compatibility matrix is an informational list of integrations. Actual interoperability depends on each provider's version, resource name, installed dependencies, configuration, and the features the specific SMDZ resource uses. An entry in the matrix does not guarantee compatibility with all releases or every SMDZ product.

SMDZ Studios may periodically update the Bridge to add supported providers, fix defects and improve stability. Existing eligible customers may request additional provider integrations through the official Discord support-ticket system without a separate request fee. Requests are evaluated case by case, subject to feasibility, third-party licensing, development capacity and service availability; submitting a request does not guarantee implementation or a specific delivery deadline.

Customers should report the affected resource, its version, provider name and version, reproduction steps, and non-sensitive error details. Never submit passwords, secret keys or access tokens in support tickets.

Where implemented, documented and lawful, limited technical diagnostics may be used for troubleshooting, licence verification, prevention of unauthorized redistribution and platform-security purposes. Depending on the implemented feature, this might include the Bridge version, the SMDZ resource invoking it, provider identifiers, relevant timestamps and technical environment information.

Not all installations necessarily use telemetry. The presence of this clause does not authorize undisclosed tracking, indiscriminate collection or processing without a lawful basis. SMDZ Studios must disclose any personal data actually collected, its purposes and retention, and provide applicable privacy rights and safeguards. Customers must not submit passwords, private keys or access tokens through the Bridge; no absolute claim is made that IP addresses or other technical metadata can never be processed by network infrastructure.

Bridge use remains subject to the Cfx.re/Rockstar Creator Platform License Agreement and mandatory privacy and consumer law. No SMDZ clause supersedes applicable platform restrictions or legal rights.
