Terms & Conditions – SMDZ Studios

By purchasing, accessing, or using any product from SMDZ Studios, you fully agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, do not purchase or download any product.

Nature of Digital Products

All products sold are intangible digital goods. Purchasing grants you a license to use, not ownership or redistribution rights.

License of Use

Your purchase grants a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license.
You may NOT:

• Resell, share, leak, or publish the files

• Redistribute them or modify them for resale

• Use them on more servers than permitted

Violation may result in immediate license termination.

No Guarantee of Updates

Buying a product does not guarantee future updates.
Any updates released are voluntary, not contractual.

No Support Obligation

Support is provided voluntarily, not as a requirement.
SMDZ Studios is NOT obligated to:

• Install resources

• Fix third-party conflicts

• Adapt scripts to your server

• Maintain future compatibility

• Provide continued support

We may stop offering support at any time.

User Responsibility

Any modifications made by the buyer are at their own risk.
We are not responsible for issues caused by:

• Code alterations

• Third-party conflicts

• Incorrect installation

• Lack of technical knowledge

External Platforms & Dependencies

We do not guarantee the availability or continuity of FiveM, Cfx, hosting providers, or external dependencies.
If a third party changes or stops working, we are not responsible.

Anti-Leak & Anti-Piracy Policy

Any attempt to leak, sell, share, or publish our products will result in:

• Immediate license revocation

• Permanent bans

• Possible legal action

Full Acceptance of Terms

Completing a purchase means you fully, irrevocably agree to all these terms.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE.

Digital Product Delivery

Once the product files or download links are available, the transaction is final. Digital goods cannot be returned or revoked.

Invalid Reasons for Refunds

Refunds will NOT be issued for:

• Changing your mind

• Incorrect installation

• Lack of experience or technical knowledge

• Third-party script conflicts

• Server shutdown or framework changes

• Bans from any platform

• Misunderstanding the product features

• “Accidental purchase” claims

• Absence of future updates (not guaranteed)

• Not receiving support (support is voluntary)

No Support Obligation

Support is optional and not guaranteed.
Purchasing does NOT entitle you to technical assistance.

No Update Obligation

We are NOT required to update, patch, or maintain any script.

Zero Tolerance Chargeback Policy

Any attempt to open a chargeback or dispute will result in:

• Immediate license termination

• Loss of all update access

• Permanent ban from all platforms

• Reporting to payment processors

• Possible legal action

Acceptance

Términos y Condiciones – SMDZ Studios

Al comprar, acceder o usar cualquier producto de SMDZ Studios, aceptas plenamente estos Términos y Condiciones. Si no estás de acuerdo, no debes comprar ni descargar ningún recurso.

Naturaleza de los Productos Digitales

Todos los productos son bienes digitales intangibles. La compra otorga una licencia de uso, no propiedad ni derechos de redistribución.

Licencia de Uso

Tu compra concede una licencia personal, intransferible y no exclusiva.
No puedes:

• Revender, compartir, filtrar o publicar los archivos

• Redistribuirlos o modificarlos para su reventa

• Usarlos en más servidores de los permitidos

El incumplimiento puede resultar en revocación inmediata de la licencia.

Sin Garantía de Actualizaciones

Comprar un producto no garantiza actualizaciones futuras.
Cualquier actualización que publiquemos será voluntaria, no obligatoria.

Sin Obligación de Soporte

El soporte se ofrece de forma voluntaria, no contractual.
SMDZ Studios NO está obligado a:

• Instalar recursos

• Resolver conflictos con terceros

• Adaptar scripts a tu servidor

• Mantener compatibilidad futura

• Proporcionar asistencia continua

Podemos cancelar el soporte en cualquier momento.

Responsabilidad del Usuario

Las modificaciones del comprador se realizan bajo su responsabilidad.
No respondemos de fallos causados por:

• Ediciones del código

• Scripts o recursos de terceros

• Instalaciones incorrectas

• Falta de conocimientos técnicos

Dependencia de Plataformas Externas

No garantizamos la disponibilidad de FiveM, Cfx, servicios externos, hostings o frameworks.
Si un tercero deja de funcionar o cambia, no somos responsables.

Política Anti-Leaks y Anti-Piratería

Cualquier intento de filtrar, revender o compartir nuestros productos resultará en:

• Revocación inmediata de la licencia

• Expulsión permanente

• Acciones legales si es necesario

Aceptación Completa

Realizar una compra significa aceptar estos términos en su totalidad.

Política de No Reembolsos – SMDZ Studios

TODAS LAS VENTAS SON FINALES. NO REALIZAMOS REEMBOLSOS BAJO NINGÚN MOTIVO.

Entrega del Producto Digital

Una vez disponible el archivo o enlace de descarga, la transacción es final. Los productos digitales no pueden devolverse.

Motivos NO válidos para reembolso

No se otorgarán reembolsos por:

• Cambios de opinión

• Instalaciones incorrectas

• Falta de conocimientos técnicos

• Conflictos con recursos de terceros

• Cierre de tu servidor o cambio de framework

• Baneos en cualquier plataforma

• Malentender las funciones del producto

• “Compra por error”

• Ausencia de actualizaciones futuras

• No recibir soporte (el soporte no es obligatorio)

Sin Obligación de Soporte

El soporte es opcional.
La compra no garantiza asistencia técnica.

No estamos obligados a actualizar, mantener o agregar nuevas funciones a ningún script.

Política de Tolerancia Cero contra Chargebacks

Cualquier intento de abrir un chargeback o disputa resultará en:

• Cancelación inmediata de la licencia

• Pérdida del acceso a futuras actualizaciones

• Bloqueo permanente

• Reporte a plataformas de pago

• Posibles acciones legales

⚠️ LEGAL NOTICE — SECURITY SYSTEMS & ANTI-TAMPER PROTECTION

Summary: You cannot edit the resource folder name; if you do, it will stop working.

All protected (non–open-source) versions of our scripts contain mandatory internal security systems. These systems are intentionally embedded and are not optional, including but not limited to:

• Resource Folder Name Enforcement

• Base64-encoded internal validation

• Mandatory CFX Asset Escrow protection

• Forced shutdown if tampering is detected

Any attempt to bypass, disable, modify, or interfere with these protections in protected versions is strictly prohibited.
Such actions may:

• Immediately break the script

• Void all support and warranty

• Result in permanent malfunction

• Violate the terms of use under which the resource was purchased

This protection exists to guarantee the integrity of the product, protect SMDZ Studios’ intellectual property, and prevent unauthorized redistribution.

🔓 NOTICE REGARDING OPEN SOURCE VERSIONS

Open Source versions DO include the same security block by default, for consistency and proper deployment.
However, because the customer has full access to the source code, these protections:

• CAN be removed

• CAN be edited

• CAN be deleted directly from the top of server.lua

This is fully allowed for Open Source releases.
Open Source versions do NOT use encryption or enforced anti-tamper, and therefore any security block is purely optional and under the user’s control.

⚠️ AVISO LEGAL — SISTEMAS DE SEGURIDAD Y PROTECCIÓN ANTI-MANIPULACIÓN

Resumen: no puedes editar el nombre de la carpeta del recurso, si lo haces dejará de funcionar.

Todas las versiones protegidas (no Open Source) de nuestros scripts incluyen sistemas internos de seguridad obligatorios. Estas protecciones no son opcionales e incluyen, entre otras:

• Validación y bloqueo del nombre de la carpeta del recurso

• Comprobaciones internas codificadas (Base64)

• Protección obligatoria mediante CFX Asset Escrow

• Apagado forzado del script si se detecta manipulación

Cualquier intento de eludir, desactivar, modificar o interferir con estas protecciones en versiones protegidas constituye una violación directa de las condiciones de uso.
Esto puede:

• Romper el script de forma inmediata

• Anular cualquier soporte o garantía

• Causar fallos permanentes

• Constituir una infracción de los términos de compra

Estas protecciones existen para garantizar la integridad del producto, proteger la propiedad intelectual de SMDZ Studios y evitar redistribuciones no autorizadas.

🔓 AVISO RESPECTO A LAS VERSIONES OPEN SOURCE

Las versiones Open Source SÍ incluyen este mismo bloque de seguridad por defecto, para uniformidad y despliegue correcto.
Sin embargo, al tener el cliente acceso completo al código, estas protecciones:

• PUEDEN eliminarse

• PUEDEN modificarse

• PUEDEN borrarse directamente desde la primera línea de server.lua

Esto está completamente permitido en versiones Open Source.
Las versiones Open Source NO utilizan cifrado, ni sistemas anti-manipulación forzados, por lo que cualquier protección incluida es totalmente opcional y editable por el usuario.
